Curiosity, patience and learning to appreciate the unpredictable led Lisa to a lifelong career as a self-taught, award-winning fiber artist. Her line of wearable art begins with white natural textiles
(silk, linen, silk velvet, cotton) and is hand painted one-by-one using various dye to cloth techniques, often involving layering of dyes and creative hand-built tools and equipment. She strives for artistic dressy/casual wearable art with an emphasis on texture and colors. Each piece is
individually prepared, painted and hand crafted in her studio in downtown Nashville.
