We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because Artemisia is a small specialty store and many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, we encourage you to contact us with any questions about fit, color, or details before placing your order.

For online purchases, you may request an exchange, store credit, or refund within the guidelines below.

Return Guidelines

Items must be shipped back within 5 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and have all tags attached.

Refunds may be issued if the item is returned within 7 days of receipt.

Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Returns received after 7 days may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

No returns will be accepted more than 14 days after receipt.

Sale items and custom orders are final sale.

Store credits are valid for one year.

Exchanges receive free shipping on the replacement item.
In-Store Purchases
Purchases made in our Taos store are eligible for exchange or store credit only. We do not offer refunds on in-store purchases.
Exchanges & Store Credit
We are always happy to help you find a suitable replacement. Because most of our items are limited or one-of-a-kind, exchanges and store credits are often the best option.
Defective Items
If an item is defective, please contact us right away. Defective merchandise may be replaced for up to 4 weeks after purchase.

Please call or email us before ordering. This is where we shine as a small specialty store. We know our merchandise well and are happy to talk through fit, fabric, measurements, color, and styling so you can feel confident about your purchase.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are encouraged and are an important part of what we do. Because we work closely with many of the artists we represent, we can often request special adjustments to color, size, or length.
Most custom orders are completed in approximately 2 to 4 weeks, and sometimes sooner.
Custom orders are final sale and are not returnable.
